Most painless way to learn Plone
Joel's bootcamp gave a really great overview of Plone, and enough detail to create a flexible web application from page templates, data from RDBMs and Python scripts/external methods. The bootcamp is probably the most painless way to start developing on Plone, and is the best developer course I've been on.
